BOC Disposable Cylinders are back in the market place

The BOC Disposable cylinders are now back in stock after a few months absence. They were withdrawn from sale across the entire country due to a faulty valve which sometimes detached it’s self from the cylinder under pressure. Trading Standards were involved and informed BOC who withdrew them from sale, but they have now eliminated the problem, fitted a new valve and are back in business.

Over the past few months we have been stocking a new disposable and although a good seller the cost was more so sales fell. I have now just sold the last 25 and they are being shipped today to a housing development chain for a valentines promotion. These cylinder were being sold at £42.00 without balloons and £46.00 including balloons. The BOC disposable are £32.50 without balloons and £35.00 with balloons from a pre-selective range which we carry in stock 24/7. There is also no delivery charge to us as we pick up 2 or 3 pallets at a time from the local BOC depot

Last remaining stock of disposable cylinders now sold. BOC disposable now back in stock.

I was introduced to Qualatex balloons just after that, passed my CBA in 1994 and have never looked back since. My work has taken me length and breath of England and into Europe working on large scale decor at Euro Disney in Paris and as well as Alacante in Spain and more recently appearing on the hit TV show "Idiot Abroad" staring Karl Pilkington & Warwick Davis on location in Macedonia for the 3rd and final series. My passion for balloons and balloon decoration continues to grow and I am a great believer that to be the best you need to use the best so Qualatex are my first and only balloon I use for large scale WOW factor decor. Their education and training are second to none and their vast array of products tick all the right boxes in the creative juices department.

  1. Cheers Sake
Yes they were good but the £50.00 delivery fee was steep and if you ordered 2 pallets at the same time you have to pay £100.00 delivery.
Now that BOC are back in stock at least we can go to the depot and pick them up at no extra fee.
Have a great time “Dan Saf” and safe journey back.
Off to the Spring Fair on Tuesday, fancy tagging along

These fill n away cylinders are good – but having to buy 48 at a time is ridiculous. They also bung a £50 carriage charge on top which is even more unattractive.

It’s a shame, they inflate more balloons so there’s a market for them – but you need to outlay £1000 for the pleasure of stocking them.
